Supported a full-service creative agency in managing a portfolio of more than 40 WordPress websites across diverse industries, including technology, philanthropy, nonprofit organizations, financial services, real estate, construction, fashion eCommerce, and professional services. Each client required tailored website management, digital marketing, and ongoing optimization aligned with their unique business goals and brand identity.

My responsibilities spanned website management, WordPress maintenance, technical and on-page SEO, content creation, Google Ads, email marketing, social media management, WooCommerce and Amazon product management, image optimization, analytics, website security, and performance reporting. I also maintained website health through MainWP and Wordfence, conducted SEO audits using SEMrush, and supported client growth through ongoing digital marketing and optimization initiatives.

Managed multiple WordPress websites through MainWP, overseeing routine maintenance, WordPress core, plugin, and theme updates to ensure security, stability, and performance. Monitored Wordfence security scans, investigated unusual website activity, verified Google Analytics and Google Search Console integrations for accurate tracking, and updated website content, layouts, and pages while maintaining each client's brand standards and overall user experience.

SEO

Installed and configured Yoast SEO across client websites, optimized page titles, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and internal links, and conducted keyword research using Semrush and Keywords Everywhere. I also performed technical SEO audits to identify opportunities to improve website health and search visibility and created and published SEO-optimized blog articles and website content.

eCommerce Support

Managed WooCommerce product uploads and catalogue updates, created and optimized Amazon product listings, and enhanced product images using Adobe Photoshop to ensure accurate colours, correct dimensions, and web-ready quality. I also optimized images through compression, descriptive filenames, and alt text to improve page speed and accessibility.

Digital Marketing & Creative

Managed Google Ads campaigns for eCommerce products, designed and distributed monthly Mailchimp newsletters for advisors within philanthropic organizations, created social media content and scheduled posts using Hootsuite, and designed promotional flyers and marketing materials for client campaigns and events.

Analytics & Reporting

Prepared monthly website performance reports for clients, developed standardized reporting templates to ensure consistency across client accounts, and monitored website performance and maintenance activities using Google Analytics, Semrush, and MainWP.
